¿WHAT IS IT?
AlgaBest is an organic soil improver based on fulvic and humic acids derived from leonardite, which increases soil fertility and bacterial activity, promotes growth and increases root volume. It also contains plant extracts and seaweed extracts that stimulate the plant, increase antioxidant activity, slowing the aging process of leaf cells.
AlgaBest provides amino acids and carbohydrates that are used by aerobic microorganisms in the soil, allowing their reproduction, which increases their beneficial effects, since they are responsible for making Nitrogen, Phosphorus and other nutrients assimilable by plants, which meets the demand of the crop in stressful situations.
¿HOW DOES IT WORK?
Ascophyllum nodosum; is a type of seaweed that is used in agriculture because it can perform functions similar to phytohormones helping mitosis and thus producing a greater amount of cells that will help the formation of buds and fruit production. Some of the ingredients it contains are betaines, glycines, oligosaccharides, amino acids and vitamins that help prevent water stress by performing an osmotic adjustment keeping the cell turgid, activates the photosynthesis process and root development allowing greater absorption of water and nutrients, contributing to a greater growth of the leaf area, interrupting senescence and increasing the plant’s resistance to attacks by phytopathogenic microorganisms such as fungi and bacteria.
It favors soil structure by helping moisture retention related to the properties that these algae contain as rich sources of polysaccharides called alginates and chelating agents whose function is to attract the metal ions of micronutrients so that they can be absorbed by the plant.

Always dose the amount of product to be used. It can be applied in organic production systems and protected conditions.
METHOD FOR PREPARING AND USING THE PRODUCT
Before opening the container, shake the product thoroughly, carefully open the container, measure the indicated amount and pour it into a container containing the necessary liters of clean water, shake and apply immediately.
Always calibrate the application equipment; shake the product vigorously before opening.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
- Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.
- Do not transport or store together with foodstuffs or clothing.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wash hands after use.
- Dispose of empty containers according to the regulations of the General Law of Equilibrium, Ecology and Environmental Protection, regarding hazardous waste.
INCOMPATIBILITY
This product is compatible with most agrochemicals; however, it is suggested to test before making the final mixture.
METHOD OF APPLYING THE PRODUCT
Directed application to the soil or over the irrigation (via tape or drench).
Apply with manual or motorized backpack, with flat fan nozzle.
Soil application is recommended by spraying up to the drip point at the base of the plant (root distribution area), or add to the irrigation system by injecting the recommended dose.
TOXICITY
This product is not phytotoxic at the concentrations, stages and forms of application recommended on the label. The product is considered slightly toxic. In case of ingestion, induce vomiting and consult a physician.
