¿WHAT IS IT?
FortiCrop is a mineral fertilizer designed to physically strengthen and improve the quality of all aerial organs of the plant. It contains systemic resistance inducers that allow to maintain active and functional the internal defense system of the plants.

¿HOW DOES IT WORK?
The mechanism of action of FortiCrop lies in the concentration of potassium in its formulation, this macroelement is absorbed by the plant in its ionic form, the ion participates directly in the processes of osmoregulation and photosynthesis, with the accumulation of the K+ ion in the cells open the stomata so that the cell absorbs water through the osmotic pressure, by lowering the accumulation of the K+ ion in the cell closes the stomata, maintaining inside the cell the turgor pressure.
Due to the closing of stomata, cell elongation occurs, and as a consequence the growth of the aerial organs of the plant, but also contributes to root growth.
Calcium (Ca) is another important element in the formulation of FortiCrop, its action is that it contributes to the mobility or translocation of the Ca++ ion to the fruit, this ion has a high mobility within the plant structures through the xylem and is stored in organs with greater metabolic activity such as fruits, leaves and flowers.
Calcium accumulations increase fruit quality, stabilizing and ensuring permeability and increasing shelf life.
FortiCrop also contains salicylic acid (AS) in its formulation, which is an inducer of systemic resistance since it acts in the synthesis of proteins related to the control of pathogenesis. When the plant recognizes an exogenous infection, it begins to release reactive O2 species. When AS is incorporated exogenously, systemic signals are activated in the plant, where the accumulation of AS, ethylene and jasmonic acid begins, The cells adjacent to the infection through the systematic acquired resistance (SAR) express a specific local resistance to the pathogen, this resistance is given by the synthesis of enzymes β-1,3 glucanases, endohydrolases, chitinases, enzyme inhibitors such as thaumantine, amylase inhibitors and proteinases.

Always dose the amount of product to be used. It can be applied in organic production systems and protected conditions.
METHOD FOR PREPARING AND USING THE PRODUCT
Before opening the container, shake the product thoroughly, carefully open the container, measure the indicated quantity and pour it into a container containing the necessary liters of clean water, shake and squeeze immediately.
Always calibrate the application equipment: shake the product vigorously before opening.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
- Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.
- Do not transport or store together with foodstuffs or clothing.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wash hands after use.
- Dispose of empty containers according to the regulations of the General Law of Equilibrium, Ecology and Environmental Protection, regarding hazardous waste.
INCOMPATIBILITY
This product is compatible with most agrochemicals. However, it is suggested to test before mixing.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Foliar application.
- Apply with manual or motorized knapsack, with full cone nozzle.
TOXICITY
This product is not phytotoxic at the concentrations, stages and forms of application recommended on the label. The product is considered slightly toxic. In case of ingestion, induce vomiting and consult a physician.
